Hey everyone welcome to the Ultimate Character Showdown. 32 will enter, but only one can be crowned the Showdown champ. Who will win? That’s for you to decide.

I have made a list of characters (almost 300) and I am randomly selecting 8 at a time and drawing them into a fun scene. I will then have a poll up on my main page [link] You vote for the character you want to see in the next round. I don’t care what reasoning you have behind your vote, who would beat who, who is the cutest, most badass, most obscure, pick whoever you want for what ever reason you want, in fact feel free to leave comments and let everyone know who you think should win and why. After the poll is up for a week the 4 characters with the most votes will move on to the next round and the 4 lowest will be eliminated. If there are any ties I will have a tiebreaker vote, if still tied the winner will be picked at random.

So last week some co-workers and I idea decided to start an art blog together to help get the creative juices flowing [link] We compiled a list of over 200 (and counting) words and each Friday we randomly select 3 of them. You have a week to create a piece of art that ties the 3 words together somehow in any form you wish traditional, digital, photograph, sculpture, whatever you’d like. Then on Friday we post them and vote on next weeks theme.

I meant to do the 3 month thing, but hit the whole year instead. Oh well I'm sure I will like the benefits of the subscription. I really like being able to make polls, so thats almost worth it alone.
